On Friday, March 13, Charlotte Miller, a former standout from Gabriel Richard Catholic High School, and her college team, the Ferris State Bulldogs, were defeated 70-59 by the UMSL Tritons in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.
The contest was held at GVSU Fieldhouse at 2:30 p.m. and marked Ferris State’s first tournament matchup against the UMSL Tritons.
