The Lincoln Park Historical Museum has announced it will continue accepting orders for engraved bricks until December 31. The initiative allows community members to honor loved ones or commemorate special occasions, while also supporting the museum.

According to the museum, the engraving of bricks will take place during the winter months. A dedication ceremony is planned for late spring or early summer, where contributors will be invited to see their bricks unveiled on the museum grounds.

Two sizes of engraved bricks are available. The 4 by 8-inch brick can be ordered with a $100 donation, and the larger 8 by 8-inch version is offered at $150. Each brick includes a personalized inscription chosen by the donor.

Proceeds from this project go toward supporting the operations and activities of the Historical Museum. For more information or to place an order, interested individuals can contact the Lincoln Park Historical Museum at (313) 386-3137 or lpmuseum@gmail.com.
