On Friday, March 21, former Trenton High School standout London Williams’ current college team, the Central Michigan Chippewas, won 9-6 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Akron Zips.

The game took place at Margo Jonker Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Zips this season.

The Chippewas’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 26 at 5 p.m. at Secchia Stadium against Michigan State Spartans.
