On Saturday, April 12, former Huron High School standout Marissa Jackson’s current college team, the Valparaiso Beacons, lost 6-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Illinois State Redbirds.

The game took place at Valpo Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Redbirds this season.

The Beacons’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 13 at 12 p.m. at Valpo Softball Complex against Illinois State Redbirds.
