On Saturday, May 3, former Woodhaven High School standout Grace Usher’s current college team, the Grand Valley State Lakers, lost 1-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Saginaw Valley State Cardinals.

The game took place at The Dome at Parkway Bank Sports Complex. This was their fifth matchup against the Cardinals this season.

It was the last Grand Valley State Lakers’ game this season
