On Wednesday, March 5, former Woodhaven High School standout Grace Usher’s current college team, the Grand Valley State Lakers, won 10-6 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the West Virginia Wesleyan Bobcats.

The game took place at Legends Way Ballfields. This was their first matchup against the Bobcats this season.

The Lakers’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, March 6 at 2 p.m. at Legends Way Ballfields against Tiffin Dragons.
