City of Woodhaven issued the following announcement on Nov. 15
The traffic signals at Van Horn and Hall are now operational. Please note for the first week these lights will blink yellow for Van Horn Rd and red for Hall Rd. After the first week of operation these lights will go to a regular cycle.
