Wayne County Michigan issued the following announcement on Jan. 27
On January 26, 2020, Treasurer Sabree congratulated Rev. Dr. Steve Bland Jr. on becoming the 19th President of the Council of Baptist Pastors Detroit & Vicinity, Inc. at his installation service. The event took place at Liberty Temple Baptist Church.
