Bellino welcomes St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception deacon to give invocation

Veteran state Rep. Joe Bellino (R-Monroe) recently welcomed Deacon Mike Stewart to the state Capitol where the St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception deacon delivered invocation for the entire House. 

Joining them in a photo posted to the Michigan House Republicans webpage was Speaker of the House Larry Chatfield.

Now in his third-year of serving the 17th District, Bellino sits on the House’s Energy Policy, Insurance, National Resources and Regulatory Reforms committees.

His 17th District includes parts of Wayne and Monroe counties, including the cities of Monroe, Flat Rock and Rockwood, the townships of Ash, Berlin, Exeter, Frenchtown, London, Sumpter, as well as a portion of Monroe Township.

Bellino was elected to the House in 2016. He and his wife, Peggy, have three daughters and three grandchildren.
