The Wayne County Treasurer's Office in partnership with Russell Street Baptist Church presents A Touch of Hope with TAP (Taxpayer Assistance Program) March Taxpayer's Assistance Friday's. This event is in partnership with Rev. Dr. Yvette Griffin and Rev. Dr. DeeDee Coleman.
