City of Riverview issued the following announcement on April 19
Here is the UPDATE for 4/19/2020:
Riverview has 4 new confirmed cases today and gladly no deaths.
For those who called or messaged about Rivergate Terrace and Rivergate, I’ve attached an email I received from Carol Austerberry who is the Administrator of the Health Department for Wayne County. She’s done a great job following up on questions about the care their patients are receiving. Testing of the patients and workers should begin early this week. Thank You to Congresswoman Dingell and State Rep Cara Clemente. They’ve been a big help to the City of Riverview during this very tough time.
As always keep our healthcare workers, first responders, and those who have and lost family members to COVID-19 in your prayers.
Remember to hold onto your donations of clothing until the Stay Home Stay Safe order is lifted at the end of April.
Please consider donating food to your local food bank.
Consider giving blood to the Red Cross.
Give your family members not in your home a virtual hug today.
“Don’t take yourself to seriously. No one else does. ….”
