City of Gibraltar issued the following announcement on July 21.
Remember to be mindful of your wake when traversing highwater or flooded intersections.
Please remember to go slow and be aware of each other. Large wakes can move water onto property and could cause undo harm.
Thank you for keeping everyone’s safety and wellbeing in mind by practicing high water etiquette.
