Amendment to CARES Act 2019 Action Plan 7-28-21

City of Lincoln Park issued the following announcement on July 29.

CITY OF LINCOLN PARK PUBLIC NOTICE

AMENDMENT OF THE

2019 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN TO INCLUDE CARES ACT

ROUND 3 FUNDING COMMENT PERIOD

The Amendment will be to the Citizen Participation adding a summary about the emergency Citizen Participation Plan process and to add emergency COVID-19 activities as a Priority Need.

A draft FY 2019-2020 Substantial Annual Action Plan Cares Act Round 3 is based on the grant amount of $178,712 with a cumulative total of $655,442.. The following activity is proposed for use of the Round 3 funds. Broadband infrastructure.

The Substantial 2019 Annual Action Plan Cares Act Amendment will be available for a 5-day public review beginning July 29, 2021, and ending August 4, 2021. The Annual Action Plan can be viewed online at http://www.citylp.com and at the city clerk’s office.

Interested parties are encouraged to submit written comments for consideration of the City. Any comments must be received by 3:00 pm on Thursday, August 5, 2021, in the Office of Community Development. All comments received will be considered and no further action will take place prior to the August 5th request date. Questions and comments on the draft document can be submitted to:
