City of Taylor issued the following announcement on July 28.

The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is offering an online survey through August in search of addressing concerns in the I-94-Ecorse Road interchange. They welcome any and all input.

The survey offers the following areas of concern:

• Ranking priorities
• Interchange options
• Ranking the interchange options

MDOT plans to rebuild and improve the interchange. That will mean accommodating a large volume of trucks; providing walking and biking paths; addressing accessibility; and specific safety concerns.
