City of Romulus issued the following announcement on Aug 12.
The 2021 Pumpkin Festival is holding digital photo contests this year.
Submit photos for either cutest dog, baby, or best decorated mini pumpkin by September 10th, 2021.
Photos can be submitted to our Facebook or emailed.
Winners will receive a prize!
