Allen Park Public Schools issued the following announcement on Aug 12.
CONGRATULATIONS DJ Liveoak! $1,000.00 Scholarship.
Dj completed the 6 week RSI program offered by MIT. He presented his 19 page research project titled " Discrete Schrodinger Bridges" on Thursday. We found out Thursday evening that his presentation was selected in the top 10 of the 80 presented.
That allowed him to present to a different panel on Friday. He was then selected as Top 5 of the 10. By winning top 5 he was presented with a 1000.00 scholarship from Regeneron.
We are so very proud of his hard work and dedication and cannot wait to see what the future holds for DJ!
