City of Romulus issued the following announcement on Sept 29.
The Romulus DDA is hosting Halloween contests starting October 1st. You can submit a photo from your camera or phone to our Facebook page @DowntownRomulus, Instagram @downtownromulusmichigan, or by email at apusino@romulusgov.com. Please make sure you include your full name and phone number with your entries. All photos must be submitted by October 27th. Winners will be announced on October 29th on all social media outlets and contacted separately.
