Concentric Educational Solutions
Allen Park Public Schools is excited to work with Concentric Educational Solutions to reconnect and re-engage students identified as not participating in school due to COVID-19 disruption in an effort to promote consistent attendance and engagement during the 2021-22 school year.
Home visits will be made to students/families by highly trained Professional Student Advocates as needed. The Home Visits with an established Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) framework assist with creating transformational change in schools and re-engage students to attend Allen Park Public Schools.
The Home Visit and Student Engagement Framework objectives are to:
- Promote daily attendance in students.
- Increase parent engagement and empowerment.
- Reduce number of in-school and out-of-school suspensions.
- Improve academic success.
- Create seamless transitions back into school.
