City of Trenton issued the following announcement on Dec 8.
Have you lost your vaccination card? Did you receive your shot in Wayne County?
If the answer is yes, you can call 734-727-7100 and request a new card. This is the Health Department in Wayne County that has the records for everyone that has received their vaccination for Covid 19. They will be happy to help you obtain a replacement card.
