City of Taylor issued the following announcement on Dec 27.
Taylor’s Parks & Recreation Department will be holding its annual Daddy-Daughter Dance and Mother-Son Date Night in late February, and registration is now available for what is usually one of the community’s hottest tickets.
The Daddy-Daughter Dance will be held on Saturday, February 19, 2022, and the Mother-Son Date Night will follow a week later on Saturday, February 26. Both will be held at the William Ford Senior Activities Center, 6750 Troy.
Each date will offer two, two-hour dances: 4-6 and 7-9 p.m. Tickets are $30 per couple, with a charge of $10 for each additional child. Tickets are only being sold online. First-come, first-served. No tickets will be available at the door.
Music, snacks, desserts, keepsake photo and much more will be part of the program.
