DTE and partnering agencies hold Virtual Customer Assistance Day

City of Taylor issued the following announcement on Jan 10.

DTE Energy, along with partnering organizations like Salvation Army, THAW, St. Vincent DePaul, Superior Watershed, United Way and Wayne Metropolitan Community Action Agency, will be holding a Virtual Customer Assistance Day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, January 13.

You must qualify to participate (see flyer). Customers will need identification, Social Security Card and a copy of proof of income for all household members for the last 60 days.

To participate, call the agency in question at the numbers on the flyer for help in the corresponding areas.

Customers who need immediate assistance with their energy bill should call DTE immediately at (800) 477-4747.
