City of Ecorse recently issued the following announcement.
Thanks to the hard work of a group of citizens and the City Council, the City was awarded 2 grants from DTE Energy for Park improvements.
The first Grant will allow the City to update several parks with NEW play equipment in April 2022. Look for the NEW equipment to be delivered to Dora B Gains Park; Beach Street Park; Bell Street Park; East Glenwood Park; and Senior Park.
The second Grant will provide new play equipment for Dingell Park and new adult exercise equipment for Dora B Gains Park later this summer.
