City of Woodhaven issued the following announcement on Mar 10.
Woodhaven-Trenton residents. Spring is right around the corner bringing us warmer, sunnier days. It is a perfect time to get outdoors with our four-legged friends and enjoy the Woofhaven Dog Park!
WOOFhaven is a 2-acre, off-leash dog park for our furry friends to run and play year-round. The Dog Park is located in south-end of Civic Center Park. There are two sections, one for the larger dogs and a separate one for the small, young and older dogs.
If you are not a member of the dog park and would like to be please stop by the Clerk's Office Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:00pm to register. You will need photo ID, veterinary shot records and a copy of your dog's license. If you need to register for a dog license with the City of Woodhaven you can do so at the same time. Dog park membership for Woodhaven & Trenton residents is $25.00 for the first dog and $5.00 for each additional dog (cash or check only). For more information please call 734-675-4903
