We are very excited to announce that we now offer paperless billing for water bills!
To register for paperless billing - please email Chelsea Johnson in the Water Department at cjohnson@cityofgibraltar.net. Be sure to provide your desired email and property address in the body of the email.
The City has partnered with a company that allows residents to register for personal bill-pay accounts that offer features such as paperless billing, automatic withdrawal, due date reminders, scheduled payments and even text pay! You will be prompted to create a personal account when your bill is emailed to you in July.
