Mark Rodriguez, Food Service Director, at Lincoln Park Public Schools, Southgate Public Schools and Wyandotte Public Schools will be doing a demonstration on how to use a digital kitchen thermometer. On hand to assist Mark will be Trace Roberts, Chef Manager at Wyandotte Public Schools! FREE digital thermometers and the USDA magnetic "Is it done yet?" will be distributed!!!"
