The National League of Cities (NLC) Service Line Warranty Program, administered by Service Line Warranties of America (SLWA), is available to Lincoln Park residents.
The program was brought to the mayor and council at the January 18, 2022 council meeting. This protection program covers the cost of repairing broken, clogged, or leaking sewer lines that may be the responsibility of the homeowner. These types of repairs can be expensive and are usually not covered by homeowners insurance.
