Shane McAlinden, former Riverview High School standout, played on Sunday, Feb. 16 in NCAA Division I baseball game

On Sunday, Feb. 16, former Riverview High School standout Shane McAlinden’s current college team, the Cal State Bakersfield Roadrunners, lost 13-3 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Lamar Cardinals.

The game took place at Hardt Field. This was their third matchup against the Cardinals this season.

The Roadrunners’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 19 at 6 p.m. at Dedeaux Field against USC Trojans.
