City of Lincoln Park MI issued the following announcement on Oct. 21
The City of Lincoln Park has designated the hours of 5:00 p.m. through 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 31, 2020, as the official "Trick or Treat" time of observance in the City of Lincoln Park.
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have released recommendations for how to safely celebrate the holiday during COVID. The CDC considers trick-or-treating a high-risk activity and offers alternative activities to consider as well as safety tips if parents and children choose to trick-or-treat.
